What's Inside a Resistance Band Handle?
Handles get more hands-on time than almost any other piece of a resistance band system, but they rarely get a second thought. Underneath the grip, there's a rigid core (usually molded ABS or metal) holding the shape, a foam or rubber layer built for feel and durability, an attachment point — fixed D-ring or swiveling — and nylon or polyester webbing rated by denier and stitch pattern. None of it is flashy, but each choice is why handle quality varies so much from one brand to the next. Here's what's actually inside one.
